Charitable Donation Program
After successfully completing an interim engagement with On Deck Healthcare, we celebrate by making a two donations, one in our interim’s name and one in our client’s name to one of our trusted partner charities. This contribution is our way of giving back and making a meaningful impact in the community. We hope this gesture reflects our shared commitment to creating positive, lasting change.

Miracles for Kids Foundation
Miracles for Kids is a non-profit organization with the mission to improve the lives of critically-ill children and their families in need. Donations to Miracles for Kids are going directly to resources for families with a child fighting an illness. Whether it is financial support to help with bills, gifts for holidays, housing, basic necessities, school supplies, wellness programs, employment support, Miracles for Kids has it covered. They truly understand that an entire family is affected by these illnesses and that the battle is a team effort. When a family is brought down by the devastation of a critically-ill child, Miracles for Kids want to be there to pick them back up.
We chose the Miracles for Kids Foundation as one of our partner charities because of the profound impact it has had on one of our founders. Their personal connection to the organization began in childhood, when a close friend was diagnosed with terminal cancer. It was a formative experience—an early glimpse into the challenges families face within the healthcare system. They witnessed firsthand the emotional and financial strain parents endure to secure the best possible care for their children, often making unimaginable sacrifices to ensure their child never felt alone. This experience continues to fuel our collective passion for supporting families in crisis and giving back through meaningful partnerships.
Feeding America
Feeding America is a nationwide network of food banks, food pantries, and local meal programs. Their common goal is simple: help people get the food and resources they need to thrive. Donations to Feeding America go to supporting their network of 200+ food banks and 60,000 meal programs. They connect with stores, farms, and restaurants to save food from landfills and ensure they are redistributed to food banks. In addition to increasing food access, they participate in disaster response and hunger research. Feeding America has emergency food stockpiles for disaster preparedness, sets up mobile food pantries during emergencies, and continues to support the community during the rebuild period.
We chose Feeding America as one of our partner charities because we believe that no one should have to wonder where their next meal will come from. Access to nutritious food is a fundamental need, yet over 47 million Americans struggle with food insecurity each year. Our founders have personally witnessed the impact of hunger through volunteering at food banks and soup kitchens, seeing firsthand how a warm meal and a supportive community can change lives. By supporting Feeding America, we are helping ensure that every American has access to the food they need to thrive.
Reach Out and Read
Reach Out and Read is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a love of reading and supporting early literacy in children. Their mission is to provide young children and families with the tools to succeed, particularly in underserved communities. Donations to Reach Out and Read directly support programs that promote early childhood development through books, language-rich interactions, and guidance for parents and caregivers. By equipping pediatricians to integrate reading into children’s healthcare visits, Reach Out and Read helps build a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success.
We chose Reach Out and Read as one of our partner charities because of the personal connection one of our founders has with the importance of literacy. As a former educator, they understand firsthand how crucial a strong foundation in reading is for a child's success. Reach Out and Read’s commitment to providing books and educational resources to children, particularly in underserved communities, aligns with our founder's belief that literacy is a vital tool in breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering future generations. By supporting Reach Out and Read, we are helping to ensure that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to grow into a confident and capable reader.
